About the Role
We are seeking a Client Service Officer, to assist our Clinical team with the day-to-day administration duties.
The Client Service Officer (CSO) is the first point of contact at our clinic reception. The CSO provides a high standard of client service and general administrative support to the Clinic Team.
The CSO is a varied role. They greet anyone who enters the clinic, answer phone calls, transfer calls, schedule appointments, answer questions, give directions and manage the flow of traffic in the clinic.
*Total effective package includes: base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax saving from salary packaging options.
