Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Front Office Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
As an exceptional Front Office Manager, you'll be hands-on with the daily management of our Front Office team. Your responsibilities will include not only greeting guests during arrival and departure, but also bringing the hotel to life, engaging with our guests and providing top-notch hospitality. We seek a Front Office Manager who is eager to build experience in the leisure, groups, and drive market. Key Duties
Oversee all Rooms Division operations including, but not limited, to Concierge, Reception, Spa and Housekeeping to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and set department targets and objectives Maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction
