About the Role
We’re currently seeking a capable and approachable Administration Assistant to join our team at the Airport Management Centre. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day operation of our airport office, providing frontline support to visitors and essential administrative assistance to the Manager and broader airport team.
In this dynamic and customer-facing role, you'll be responsible for responding to all phone, email and in-person enquiries in a timely and professional manner. You'll also manage incoming and outgoing mail and freight, process financial transactions, assist with contractor sign-ins and inductions, and ensure office spaces and meeting rooms are well-presented and well-stocked. You’ll work closely with colleagues to provide general admin support and will contribute to upholding high standards of compliance, safety, and customer service at all times.
About You
You’re someone who enjoys variety in your day, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You have previous experience working in a busy office and are confident with Microsoft Word and Excel. You're well-spoken, friendly, and bring excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You’re organised, can work autonomously to meet deadlines, and are comfortable balancing customer needs with operational priorities. To be eligible for this position, you’ll need to meet the requirements to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening.
