About the Role As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a motivated team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set the tone for performance, service, and store culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager with all aspects of daily operations, from stock control and cash management to visual merchandising and store presentation
- Lead by example, fostering a positive and customer-focused team environment
- Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards are met consistently
- Drive performance KPIs in sales, cost control, and service excellence
- Identify and action improvements to boost results and efficiency
- Proven leadership experience in retail or hospitality
- Ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and compliance
- High energy, resilience, and a solutions-focused approach
- Salary: $60K + Super
